Because all of our products are made for newborn babies, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be restocked or resold.

Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves us, so you can shop with complete peace of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
